Returns/Cancellations
Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 working days, if the cover has been shipped then shipping charges apply. Refunds will be processed as soon as order has been cancelled. Please use the contact form and put cancel order at the top of comment.
Returns:
Returns must be made within 10 days after delivery confirmation has been made. If the item was damaged from the post office, please contact Berry Goods LLC as soon as possible. If the item was left outside and not picked up from the post office, then it cannot be exchanged or returned. A full refund will be applied to any damaged product if the product was reported damaged within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
Exchanges:
If there is an exchange of the product for a different pattern,then buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please double check when ordering to ensure you have picked the perfect pattern.
